Something not working, or a feature you wish existed? Email [email protected] — a person reads every message and replies within 2 business days, usually sooner.
What to include
It saves a round trip if the first message already says:
- your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About);
- the Snaply version (Settings, at the bottom of the list);
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot of the problem — if it’s something you’re comfortable sharing. Redact it in Snaply first.
Common things
I bought Snaply Pro and it isn’t unlocked
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still doesn’t unlock, email us with the Apple receipt and we’ll sort it out.
How do I cancel a subscription?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Snaply, or Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and refunds are handled by Apple at support.apple.com/HT204084.
Magic redact didn’t find any text
Magic reads the text in the image itself. Very low-resolution screenshots, heavy compression or stylised fonts can leave nothing for it to recognise — the app says “No text found” rather than pretending. You can always drag a bar over anything by hand.
Is a blur safe enough?
Use a black bar when it matters. It replaces the pixels underneath, permanently. Blur and pixelation transform the original pixels instead of replacing them, so the app marks them as partially reversible.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Delete All My Data removes every project and the saved draft from your iPhone. Deleting the app removes all local data with it. There is nothing stored on our side to delete — see the Privacy Policy.

Feature requests
Send them to the same address. Snaply is a small, independent app — what people ask for genuinely shapes what gets built next.
