By downloading or using Snaply (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Vadim Semenko (“we”, “us”), trading as ZeroSix Studio.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt it or bypass its purchase mechanisms. You are responsible for the screenshots you edit and for what you do with the result — including making sure you have the right to share an image after editing it.
Redaction is a tool, not a guarantee
A black bar is composited into the exported image: the pixels underneath are replaced and cannot be recovered from the file. Blur and pixelation are different — they transform the original pixels rather than replacing them, and enough of the original signal can survive that they may be partially reversible. The app labels them as such. Check the exported image before you share it; we cannot be responsible for information that remains visible in an image you chose to send.
Snaply Pro
Snaply is free to download and includes a working set of tools. An optional Snaply Pro purchase unlocks the rest — every hide style including Magic redact, all annotation tools and shapes, all device frames, backgrounds and templates, stitching, and high-resolution export. Options are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime unlock, and a one-time Redact Pack unlocks the hide tools on their own. Current options and prices are shown in the app and on the App Store; they vary by country and may change.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel any time: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Manage Subscription inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: support.apple.com/HT204084.
- Purchases can be restored on a new device with the same Apple Account via Restore Purchases in the app.
Your content
Anything you create in the app is yours. It is stored on your device only — Snaply has no account and no cloud sync, so keeping your own backups (for example through your device backup) is up to you. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app working on currently supported iOS versions, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country of the publisher’s residence, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your own country of residence.
